Print What Matters : Value Cards

A workshop exploring core values through art

In Print What Matters, you’ll be guided by Mary Gambarony, to explore your core values through a reflective relief print process. You'll leave with a personal Value Card—a visual expression of what matters most to you right now. When we live in alignment with our core values, we feel more at peace, more fulfilled, and more ourselves. When we drift from them, we often experience tension, disconnection, or a vague sense that something’s off , signals from the psyche inviting us to realign.

This workshop offers a gentle, creative space to explore the values that guide your life—those that have remained constant and those that are evolving. Through guided discussion, reflection, meaningful conversation, and relief printmaking, you’ll uncover and reconnect to what matters most to you at this time.

Relief printmaking itself mirrors the inner work of values exploration:

  • It involves multiple steps—planning, carving away, inking, pressing, peeling back

  • This natural pacing creates a rhythm of reflection, allowing insights to surface slowly and meaningfully

  • The process teaches patience and presence, cultivating the kind of spaciousness where inner clarity can emerge

Be a part of Mary Gambarony’s Soulful Printmaking Series, where she invites you to explore the expressive power of printmaking as a pathway to insight, transformation, and creative renewal.

In this workshop you will:

  • Identify and reflect on your core values—both lifelong and emerging

  • Recognize the patterns of alignment and misalignment in your life, and the inner tensions they create

  • Create a personalized Value Card using relief printmaking—a tangible expression of the value you seek to embody

No art experience is needed . All instruction and materials will be provided.
