Join us for a Cacao Ceremony with Casey, a gentle space to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with your true nature.

During this unique event, we’ll sip cacao and explore its multidimensional healing benefits through:

  • Breathwork

  • Movement

  • Meditation

Cacao is a minimally processed form of the cacao bean, rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-enhancing compounds. Traditionally used in ceremonial and therapeutic settings, it supports heart health, emotional clarity, and a deepened sense of connection.

Casey is the Program Director for  The Ocean is Female Survivor Program for Women, a non-profit organization supporting women of domestic abuse/violence where she leads surfing clinics, offers holistic support and builds community.
