Have you read The Art of Gathering by Priya Parker? It completely changed the way I think about bringing people together, whether one-on-one or in a room full of people.
I can’t wait to dive into her newest book, The Art of Fighting, where she explores something I think about often: learning to stay with the heat. Not running away from it, trying to fix it or destroy it. But staying present with what’s uncomfortable and allowing it to move through.

Whether we're working through old stories, processing difficult emotions, or exploring nervous system regulation, we make room for a lot of heat in the studio. Sometimes the heat shows up as anger, grief, uncertainty or the urge to walk away. But when we're willing to stay with it, we can often find a fresh perspective that is ready for something new to emerge.
