Awaken Your Creative Through Spiritual Journey
A COLLABORATION
Participants attending this event can expect a guided spiritual journey that provides you with the tools to unEarth what no longer unconsciously serves you and instead cultivate the answers within. This meditative approach allows you to plant fresh new SEEDS that are native to your well-being. Join us to explore personal sovereignty and its connection to the collective through inquiry, visualization, deep meditation, and drawing/painting to awaken to a calm clear awareness. As an intimate group, each participant will experience their own unique unfolding alongside the completeness of the connection to all. Tammy will be leading the guided spiritual journey and Elissa will be leading the drawing/painting portion.
WHAT TO BRING
Mat (thick like a camp pad or a couple of yoga mats)
Pillows or bolsters (for under knees and arms)
Blankets (one to cover body and one to fold under head)
All art materials will be provided
