3 Reasons Why Creativity Still Matters
3 reasons why creativity still matters:
The Future of Human Connection
As AI and tech speed ahead, what will always set us apart is our capacity to imagine, feel, and connect (I hope!). A creative practice keeps that muscle alive. It helps us stay human, curious, and deeply attuned to self and other.
Awe & Spontaneity
When we make something, without too much thought, it invites surprise. That flicker of awe that rises when color meets paper or when a line becomes something new? That’s aliveness. It reminds us that life isn’t meant to be controlled, but rather experienced.
The Body Knows
Making art is a body-based practice. It grounds us, regulates us, and helps us listen to what’s stirring beneath the surface. Through paint, movement, and gesture, it reminds us how to reconnect to ourselves and each other.
This is our final Process Painting Series of 2025!
Join us for a chance to pause, play, discover and return to what feels most true and alive in you and let's end the year in color!
Big Love,
Elissa

November Workshop
Friday, November 7th from 6PM-7:30PM: Exploring Healing: Sound Bath & KAP Conversation
Exhale, settle in, and let the evening begin with a restorative sound bath led by Nicole & Rosie. After the sound bath, stay for an open, judgment-free Q&A on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)—what it is, how it works, safety and set/setting, and how sound can support preparation and integration.
This is a FREE event. Please register for head count.
